Privacy Policy
We, Tesch LLC (represented by Tom Elias Schönbrodt), take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements (GDPR and BDSG). According to Art. 13 GDPR, we hereby inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of data collection on our website. Below you will learn which data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have under the GDPR.
Controller
The responsible entity within the meaning of data protection laws is: Tesch LLC, represented by Tom Elias Schönbrodt. If you have questions about data protection, you can contact us via the contact form or by email (see Imprint).
Collection and Processing of Data
Access and Usage Data (Server Log Files): When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical data transmitted by your browser. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, browser type, and operating system.
- IP address
- Date and time of visit
- Accessed webpage (Request-URL)
- Browser type and operating system (User-Agent)
This data is necessary to provide you with the website and is temporarily stored in server log files. They are used exclusively to ensure the operation and security of our website. The log data is stored on a server of Hostinger (EU). Our host acts as a processor in this case. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes (usually after the end of the browser session, but at the latest after 24 hours).
Data from the Contact Form: If you use the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data from you:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject
- Message text
These details are used exclusively to process your inquiry and are only stored as long as necessary for correspondence. By submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of this data. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). We do not share your contact details with third parties and do not use them for advertising or other purposes.
Use of Google Fonts
On our website, we use Google Web Fonts to display our texts. Important: The fonts are embedded locally on our server. This means that no connection to Google servers is established on each page call and no personal data such as IP addresses is transmitted to Google. Static embedding of Google Fonts is considered GDPR-compliant.
Cookies and Tracking
We completely refrain from using cookies, tracking tools, or social media plugins. No analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics are used. Specifically:
- No Cookies: Our website does not use persistent cookies or similar storage mechanisms.
- No Tracking: There is no user monitoring or creation of usage profiles.
- No Social Media: No links to social networks are embedded.
Thus, no additional data collection occurs when visiting our site.
Storage Duration
The personal data collected in the contact form (name, email, subject, message) are stored for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted, unless legal retention obligations apply. Technical log data is stored only temporarily as described above (usually until the end of your session, maximum 24 hours) and then deleted.

Under the GDPR, you generally have the following rights:
- Right to information: You can request information about the personal data we store about you.
- Right to rectification: You can request correction of incorrect or incomplete data.
- Right to deletion: You can request deletion of your data, provided no legal retention obligations exist.
